How We Got Here
Back in 2019, our founder was debugging user complaints for the third time that week. The code was perfect. But users kept abandoning the checkout process at the same spot.
Turned out the button placement made no sense to actual humans. That realisation sparked something. What if we flipped the process and started with how people think instead of how systems work?
We pulled together a small team in Wolverhampton and started testing that idea. Six years later, we're still at it. The problems got more complex but the principle stayed simple: design for humans first, then figure out the tech.
